We are expanding our European consultant network, particularly in France, Germany, Italy, Spain and the UK.
About the Role
As a Safety Consultant, your core mission is to deliver SafeStart programmes at client sites and support long-term behaviour change.
Depending on your experience, you may join us as a:
- Trainer
- Consultant
- Senior Consultant
Each level offers increasing responsibility in client leadership, stakeholder engagement and complex implementation.
What You Will Do
- Deliver the full suite of SafeStart training programmes to diverse audiences and industries.
- Facilitate engaging sessions that build awareness of human factors and behavioural safety.
- Work closely with Account Managers to support sustainable client relationships.
- Represent SafeStart at workshops, conferences and industry events.
- Lead complex client engagements and implementation teams.
- Act as a trusted advisor on behavioural safety and human error reduction.
What We Are Looking For
- Proven experience delivering training to diverse audiences.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Deep interest in behavioural safety and human factors.
- Organisational and time management skills.
- Critical thinking and decision-making ability.
- Proficiency in Office apps and tech-saavy.
Your Background
We welcome professionals with experience in one or more areas such as:
- Safety leadership or HSE roles;
- Behavioural safety programmes;
- Operations, industry, military or commercial environments;
- Project management;
- Organisational development or leadershiptraining.
