Gary A. Higbee, EMBA, CSP, is the President/CEO of Higbee & Associates, Inc. and a senior SafeStart consultant. Gary is an expert in safety management systems and organisational change, he is a two-time past president of the Hawkeye Chapter of the ASSE and past Regional Safety Professional of the Year. In 2010, Gary was awarded the Distinguished Service to Safety Award, the top individual safety award from the NSC.
Larry Wilson is the co-founder of SafeStart and a leading expert in human factors and safety performance. He has spent over 30 years helping organisations reduce injuries by focusing on habits, awareness, and human behaviour. Larry is a recognised speaker, author, and consultant in workplace safety and culture change.
Tim is an inspirational and motivational safety leader who brings over 30 years of occupational health, safety and environmental experience to his speaking sessions. He is an HSSE Senior Director for Jones Lang Lasalle, he is the Senior Vice President of the ASSP Board of Directors (2025–2026) and was recognized by the NSC as one of their Top 10 speakers for 2016.
